Can I upload my own photo for a custom wall art design?

Yes! We specialize in personalized wall art. You can send us your image directly through email or Instagram DM, and our team will prepare a custom preview before printing.

Will I see a preview of my custom artwork before it's printed?

Absolutely. We'll send you a digital mockup showing how your image will look in a real room. We only start production once you've approved the preview.

Do you ship worldwide?

Please note that we currently ship only within North America (United States & Canada)

We are working on expanding our delivery zones in the future, but for now, international shipping is not available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Yes, as long as the production hasn't started. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped as soon as the design is fully printed and ready.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.
